Its almost one week that I am in Haiti now. Many things happened, I will not go into every detail but tell the most important things. On Wednesday I took to sick orphans to the hospital and paid all the medicine from the donations I received. It saved the life of one of the children, who was very ill. The woman who is the leader of the orphanage thanked me so often and told me that I was sent by god to save one of her children’s life. On Thursday I met with the photographer of the UN and we will probably work a little bit together.. His name is Marco, he is Italian and a really nice person. He gave me some valuable advises and helped me to get a personalized UN-card and probably a flight next week to another town called Goanaive. I also met a woman who works for USAID and she will also help me with the stories that I want to realize here.
Elie is accompanying me every day and taking care of me.. The situation here is not as dangerous as I though it would be. It’s very quite… But people are still so extremely poor…
